RETURNS

All merchandise offered by B&E Collectibles has a 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 60 days of the initial purchase date. All items returned must be in the original condition upon which they were sent. All related letters of authenticity must accompany the item.

PAYMENTS

B&E Collectibles accepts the following as payment for goods sold: VISA, MasterCard, cash, personal checks, certified bank checks and money orders.

B&E Collectibles also accepts electronic payment via PAYPAL. Reference the address: COLLECT@BESTWEB.NET when using PAYPAL.

All orders shipped to foreign countries require international/postal money orders as payment only.

SALES TAX

New York State residents will be charged sales tax during checkout.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges vary according to the weight, size and value of the item and are preset by B&E Collectibles at a flat rate.

Shipping charges are not cumulative when buying multiple items. To prevent undue multiple shipping charges - the total shipping charge will be limited to that assigned to the one item in the cart with the highest shipping charge. For example, if you buy one baseball card with a $5 shipping charge; one jersey with a $10 charge and a pair of cleats with $15 shipping, you will be charged a total of $15 shipping for the entire order.

Insurance is additional, and is charged at $4 per $100 of retail value.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail. All shipping/insurance charges are calculated based on the weight and value of the item and based on delivery destinations in one of the following regions: Canada, the Caribbean, Europe or Asia. Shipping to other international locations will be expedited on a case-by-case basis. B&E Collectibles is not responsible for shipping delays due to customs checkpoints.

LETTERS OF AUTHENTICITY

All autographed items, jerseys and baseballs are shipped with a B&E Collectibles Official Letter of Authenticity. In many instances, a PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity is included with the items when noted.
